Rich in unusual history, nestled among the fields of the Gâtinais Natural Park, this estate, located 50 km from Paris, opens the doors to its castle, chapel, a 144m² marquee, chalets, and its 9-hectare park! You will have access to 18 rooms distributed between the castle and the 5 chalets on the estate.

Go off-site to a bourgeois residence from the 19th century connected to fiber optic internet and set in 9 hectares of park and forest! You can settle in the large living room, where the WiFi speed reaches 600 Mb/s, the bar room, and the dining room of the castle, which can accommodate 14, 6, and 4 people respectively. You will also have access to two other exceptional rooms where you can hold your meetings. Decorated with care, the chalets and the rooms in the castle offer all modern comforts in an exotic setting, each equipped with a small desk where you can work away from the group, whether it's for a call or a video conference, for example. The lounge with a fireplace and the TV room will welcome you for more informal work moments.

There are many activities available on the estate: treasure hunts, pétanque, basketball, ping-pong, foosball, karaoke, and Nordic spa (for an additional fee). The various spaces on the estate also allow for the practice of meditation, dance, singing, and theater. For enthusiasts, a yoga room and about twenty mats are at your disposal. It is also possible to book a yoga class with a certified instructor (for an additional fee). The carefully maintained orchard is accessible for free. Several hiking trails are accessible from the estate, including the GR 1 trail that circles Île-de-France. Role-playing game enthusiasts will find an airsoft field just next to the estate and two renowned escape game rooms in Brétigny-sur-Orge (15 km) and Évry-Courcouronnes (20 km). Built near the Cerny airfield (5 km), the Musée Volant Salis will delight aviation enthusiasts. Other services recommended by your host are available: photographer, oenologist, bartender, etc.

Each chalet has a small equipped kitchen that can be used to prepare your snacks throughout the day, but it is not possible to prepare your collective meals yourself. For this, Philippe offers all the necessary meal options for your stay. Furthermore, the castle has a professional kitchen that can accommodate a private chef or a caterer of your choice.

Philippe's estate is committed to an eco-responsible approach. It was renovated between 2018 and 2021 with the goal of maximizing energy savings: LED lighting, double glazing, wood wool insulation, outdoor lighting activated by motion sensors, etc. The wooded park of 9 hectares is a refuge for local biodiversity, and some areas are kept wild to protect it. Philippe recommends coming to the estate by public transport to reduce your carbon footprint.

Additionally, you have the option to increase from 18 to 24 rooms by taking the additional Clos d'Orgemont, located just opposite the Domain d'Orgemont. This allows for a maximum of 50 individual beds, or 24 single rooms, or any combination of single or twin rooms accommodating between 24 and 50 participants.

The Clos d'Orgemont offers a peaceful and green setting, designed to accommodate up to 14 people, with 6 comfortable bedrooms featuring private bathrooms.

The indoor spaces extend over 280 m² and include two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for group meals or coffee breaks. A dedicated office space allows for optimal working conditions, fostering concentration during meetings, workshops, or brainstorming sessions.

To strengthen team cohesion and encourage moments of relaxation among colleagues, the venue also has leisure spaces such as a billiards table and foosball, ideal for creating informal exchange times and strengthening bonds.

Outside, a walled garden and terrace invite relaxation and convivial moments in a natural environment conducive to recharging. A parking lot that can accommodate up to 7 cars facilitates access for all participants.
