You will have access to 18 rooms distributed between the castle and the 5 chalets on the estate.

Embark on an off-site experience in a bourgeois residence from the 19th century, connected by fibre optics and set within 9 hectares of park and forest! You can settle in the large living room where the Wi-Fi speed reaches 600 Mb/s, the bar room, and the dining room of the castle, which can accommodate 14, 6, and 4 people respectively. You will also have access to two other exceptional rooms where you can hold your meetings. Carefully decorated, the chalets and the castle rooms offer all modern comforts in a refreshing setting, and each is equipped with a small desk where you can work away from the group, for a call or video meeting, for example. The fireplace lounge and the TV lounge will welcome you for more informal work moments.

Numerous activities are possible on the estate: treasure hunts, petanque, basketball, table tennis, foosball, karaoke, and Nordic spa (for an additional fee). The various spaces on the estate also facilitate meditation, dance, singing, and theatre. For enthusiasts, a yoga room and about twenty mats are available. It is also possible to book a Yoga class with a certified instructor (for an additional fee). The carefully maintained orchard is freely accessible. Several hiking trails are accessible from the estate, including the GR 1 trail that circles Île-de-France. Role-play enthusiasts will find an Airsoft field right next to the estate and two renowned escape game rooms in Brétigny-sur-Orge (15 km) and Évry-Courcouronnes (20 km). For this, Philippe offers all necessary meal options for your stay. Additionally, the castle features a professional kitchen that can accommodate a private chef or a caterer of your choice.

Philippe's estate operates with an eco-responsible approach. It underwent renovation between 2018 and 2021 with the goal of maximizing energy savings: LED lighting, double glazing, wood wool insulation, outdoor lighting activated by motion sensors, etc. The 9-hectare wooded park is a refuge for local biodiversity, and some areas are left wild to protect biodiversity. Philippe encourages using public transport to reach the estate to minimize your carbon footprint.

Moreover, you have the option to expand from 18 to 24 rooms by taking advantage of Le Clos d'Orgemont, located just in front of the Domaine d'Orgemont. This allows for up to a maximum of 50 individual beds, or 24 single rooms, or any other mix of single or twin rooms for between 24 and 50 participants.

Le Clos d'Orgemont offers a peaceful and green setting, designed to accommodate up to 14 people, with 6 comfortable rooms each featuring private bathrooms.

The indoor spaces cover 280 m² and include two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for group meals or coffee breaks. A dedicated office space allows for optimal working conditions, promoting concentration during meetings, workshops, or brainstorming sessions.

To enhance team cohesion and encourage relaxation between colleagues, the venue also features recreational areas such as a billiards table and foosball, ideal for creating informal exchanges and strengthening bonds.

Outside, a walled garden and terrace invite relaxation and convivial moments in a natural setting conducive to rejuvenation. A parking area accommodating up to 7 cars simplifies access for all participants.
