Rich in an unusual history and nestled among the fields of the Gâtinais Natural Park, this estate, located 50 km from Paris, opens the doors to its castle, chapel, 144m² marquee, chalets, and 9 hectares of parkland! You will have access to 18 rooms divided between the castle and the 5 chalets on the estate.

Go offsite to a bourgeois residence from the 19th century, connected to fibre optics and surrounded by 9 hectares of park and forest! You can settle in as a team in the large living room, where the Wi-Fi speed reaches 600 Mb/s, the bar room, and the dining room of the castle, which can accommodate 14, 6, and 4 people respectively. You will also have access to two other exceptional rooms where you can hold your meetings. Carefully decorated, the chalets and the rooms in the castle offer all modern comforts in an exotic setting, each equipped with a small desk where you can work away from the group, whether for a call or a video conference, for example. The fireplace room and the TV lounge will welcome you for more informal work moments.

Many activities are possible on the estate: treasure hunt, pétanque, basketball, ping-pong, foosball, karaoke, and Nordic spa (for an additional fee). The various spaces of the estate also allow for meditation, dance, singing, and theater practice. For enthusiasts, a yoga room and about twenty mats are available for your use. It is also possible to book a yoga class with a certified instructor (for an additional fee). The carefully maintained orchard is open for free access. Several hiking trails are accessible from the estate, including the GR 1 trail that circles Île-de-France. Fans of role-playing games will find an Airsoft field right next to the estate, as well as two famous escape room venues in Brétigny-sur-Orge (15 km) and Évry-Courcouronnes (20 km). Built near the Cerny aerodrome (5 km), the Volant Salis museum will delight aviation enthusiasts. Other services recommended by your host are available: photographer, oenologist, bartender, etc.

Each chalet has a small equipped kitchen that can be used for preparing snacks throughout the day, but it is not possible to prepare group meals yourselves. For this, Philippe offers all the necessary meal options for your stay. Furthermore, the castle has a professional kitchen that can accommodate a private chef or a caterer of your choice.

Philippe's estate is committed to an eco-responsible approach. It was renovated between 2018 and 2021 with the goal of maximizing energy savings: LED lighting, double glazing, wood wool insulation, outdoor lighting activated by motion sensors, etc. The 9-hectare wooded park is a refuge for local biodiversity and areas are left wild to protect biodiversity. Philippe recommends arriving at the estate via public transport to limit your carbon footprint.

Additionally, you have the option to increase from 18 to 24 rooms by taking the supplementary Clos d'Orgemont located right across from the Domaine d'Orgemont. This allows for a maximum of 50 individual beds, or 24 single rooms, or any mix of single or twin rooms between 24 and 50 participants.

The Clos d'Orgemont offers a peaceful and green setting, designed to accommodate up to 14 people, with 6 comfortable rooms featuring private bathrooms.

The interior spaces span 280 m² and include two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for group meals or coffee breaks. A dedicated office space allows for optimal working conditions, fostering concentration during meetings, workshops, or brainstorming sessions.

To enhance team cohesion and promote relaxation among colleagues, the location also features recreational areas, such as a billiard table and foosball, ideal for creating informal exchanges and strengthening bonds.

Outside, a fenced garden and a terrace invite relaxation and convivial moments in a natural environment conducive to rejuvenation. Parking for up to 7 cars facilitates access for all participants.
